We provide discreet, free shipment to all countries. The ultimate amount you must pay is the one you see on our website. The customs fees are paid by us. Rest certain that there aren’t any additional expenses.
Shipping & Delivery Time :

To ensure you receive the greatest sex doll, we additionally inspect each doll twice before delivery. 3-7 days for shipping time. All our dolls are hand made and thoroughly tested for quality before shipping.
Shipment & Tracking:
Your package will be shipped by FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Once it’s shipped, we will send you the tracking number by email.
Discreet Packaging
A simple carton box will be used to package the doll. The term “mannequin” will be applied to your doll. There won’t be any indication that it’s a doll. Be advised that customs officers may open your doll box to check it and calculate import duties for clients who are not from the United States.
Returns :
Every doll is carefully examined and tested before leaving our studio since we take product quality very seriously.
If there seems to be any damage or defect when the doll is first received, please email us at charmingsexdolls.com within 24 hours.
With the exception of products that are damaged upon arrival, we do not provide returns for any other reason.
Cancellations of Orders
Within 24 hours of placing their order, customers are able to cancel. Order cancelation is not possible once the 24-hour window has passed.
Note: Once an order is placed, Ready To Ship dolls cannot be canceled because they ship out right away. These “Ready to Ship” dolls are exempt from the 24-hour policy.
